Provide an overview of the most recent tools in the context of Data Analysis for Social Sciences. The goal is also to identify the many ways in which the analytical toolkits possessed by social scientists can be brought to bear to enhance the generalizability of the work done by computer scientists.
At the end of course the student have to reach a knowledge of the most advanced tool in Data Analysis and be able to solve a real- world social problem:
- frame the problem
- identify the data
- do the analysis
- draw inferences
- interpret and critically examine model output
