I've a degree in Information Engineering, I've been started to move my first steps in Automation field during the first years of university, working in a company which designed and manufactured Automated System for bulk material handling. A couple of years later company closed and i followed the projects started by myself. In few years activities grown up and in 2005 i ran my own company. In 2008, 3 of the most important events in my life happened: 1) My first son was bornt. 2) A project in Airport Automation field to optimize the baggage handling system in Fiumicino Leonardo Da Vinci, started one of the most important business unit in my company. 3) I decided to accelerate my business merging my company with another one which deels in the same field, creating Automate. Today Automate is one of the excellences throuth the System Integrators, with 20 engineers, two offices in italy and a strong will to grow up quickly and start an internationalization process. So it also time for me to change skin or better to improve my current technical skills with some structured managements one, this is why i choose to get a master in business management. I'm passionate in technologies, business models, communication strategies and relationship, but it's also important to dedicate time to my family and to myself.
