He began his career working at the Marketing Department for multinational Consumer Goods Companies such as Quaker Oats (Beverages and Petfoods), Ferruzzi Group Farmitalia CARLO ERBA (OTC, Cosmetics and Toiletries), then joining Disney Group as Division Director of Buena Vista in Italy.
Since 1995 he has been International Consultant of Brand Strategy and Experiential Marketing, focusing his activities on Research, Customer Experience Strategy and Retail Innovation, supporting leading companies in the Fashion, Luxury, Retail, Food services and hospitality markets.
Between 2010 and 2014 he collaborated with Firmenich (a world-leading multinational company in the Fragrance and Flavor B2B sector) starting as a consultant and subsequently joining Firmenich as Vice President with the task of creating and developing an innovative project in order to open a new important business flow.
He is currently Managing Partner of TCSG TreCentoSessantaGradi and Founder Partner of Project-Room in Milan, Senior Partner Head of Brand Practice at ICM Advisors in Geneva and Professor of Practice of Luxury and Fashion Management at LUISS Guido Carli University and LUISS Business School in Rome.
He is a speaker in conferences and workshops on Branding, Innovation, Experiential Marketing and Customer Experience Strategy at various companies and universities in Italy and abroad.
He was guest speaker of the Olympic Committee in Sochi (RU) to illustrate the importance of Branding in the Sport sector.
