Paolo Spagnoletti is Associate Professor at the Department of Business and Management of Luiss University and Director of the Bachelor in Economics and Management. He is member of the Center for Leadership, Innovation and Organization at Luiss, member of the Center for Integrated Emergency Management the University of Agder and board member of the Italian competence center Cyber 4.0. He graduated in Electronic Engeneering from Sapienza University and holds a Master in Business Engineering from Tor Vergata University as well as a PhD in Information Systems from Luiss University. He has been Visiting Professor at Georgia State University, University of Warwick, University of St Gallen and Paris Dauphine as well as invited speaker at SKEMA and University of Lausanne. His research focuses on the design and governance of digital platforms and digital resilience in High Reliability Organizations. His works have been published in Journal of Information Technology, Journal of Strategic Information Systems, Information & Management, IEEE Transaction on Engineering Management, Information Systems Frontiers, Communications of AIS and several conferences. He has edited three books, is Executive Editor of the Springer series LNISO and Associate Editor of Information & Management.
