Ornella Tarola is an Associate Professor at the University of Rome La Sapienza since March 2019.  She graduated in Economics Science at the University of La Sapienza, Italy.  And then completed a PhD in Economics at CORE, University Catholique de Louvain.

Ornella Tarola is interested in topics linking the fields of industrial organization, environmental economics and international economics. Her contributions cover the areas of :  product differentiation, migration,  adoption of enviromental-friendly technologies, public policy in imperfect competitive market.  Her research lies at the intersection between Microeconomics, Industrial Organization and Public Economics.
